本隐私政策适用于东莞利发爱尔空气净化系统有限公司及其关联公司(包括但不限于东莞利发爱尔空气净化系统有限公司,以下简称“我们”或“利发爱尔”)提供的产品或服务及其延伸的功能(以下简称“利发爱尔服务”),包括LIFAair APP利发爱尔商城、社区、小程序以及随技术发展出现的新形态向您提供的各项产品和服务,如我们提供的某款产品有单独的隐私政策或相应的用户服务协议当中存在特殊约定,则该产品的隐私政策将优先适用,该款产品隐私政策和用户协议未涵盖的内容,以本政策内容为准,如我们关联公司的产品或服务中使用了利发爱尔提供的产品或服务但未设置独立隐私政策的,则本隐私政策同样适用于该部分产品或服务。

欢迎您使用利发爱尔产品及服务!我们非常重视用户的隐私和个人信息保护。您在使用我们的产品与/或服务时,我们可能会收集和使用您的相关信息。我们希望通过《利发爱尔隐私政策》(“本隐私政策”)向您说明我们在您使用我们的产品与/或服务时如何收集、使用、保存、共享和转让这些信息,以及我们为您提供的访问、更新、删除和保护这些信息的方式。

本隐私政策与您所使用的利发爱尔服务以及该服务所包括的各种业务功能(以下统称“我们的产品与/或服务”)息息相关,希望您在使用我们的产品与/或服务前仔细阅读并确认您已经充分理解本隐私政策所写明的内容,并让您可以按照本隐私政策的指引做出您认为适当的选择。本隐私政策中涉及的相关术语,我们尽量以简明扼要的表述,以便您更好地理解。

 

 

3.  我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息

 

  个人信息是以电子或者其他方式记录的与已识别或者可识别的自然人有关的各种信息,不包括匿名化处理后的信息。敏感个人信息是一旦泄露或者非法使用,容易导致自然人的人格尊严受到侵害或者人身、财产安全受到危害的个人信息,包括生物识别、宗教信仰、特定身份、医疗健康、金融账户、行踪轨迹等信息,以及不满十四周岁未成年人的个人信息。

 我们会遵循正当、合法、必要的原则,出于本政策所述的以下目的,收集和使用您在使用产品与/或服务过程中主动提供或因使用产品与/或服务而产生的个人信息,以及从第三方获取您的相关个人信息。如果我们要将您的个人信息用于本政策未载明的其他用途,或将基于特定目的收集而来的信息用于其他目的,我们将以合理的方式向您告知,并在使用前再次征得您的同意

在您使用我们的产品/服务时,我们需要/可能需要收集和使用的您的个人信息包括如下两种:

1、为实现向您提供我们产品及/或服务的基本功能,您须授权我们收集、使用的必要的信息。如您拒绝提供相应信息,您将无法正常使用我们的产品及/或服务;

2、为实现向您提供我们产品及/或服务的附加功能,您可选择单独同意或不同意我们收集、使用的信息。如您拒绝提供,您将无法正常使用相关附加功能或无法达到我们拟达到的功能效果,不会影响您使用我们的基本功能。

我们在此特别提醒您:我们致力于打造多样的产品和服务以满足您的需求。因我们向您提供的产品和服务种类众多,且不同用户选择使用的具体产品/服务范围存在差异,故基本/附加功能及对应收集使用的个人信息类型、范围会有所区别,请以具体的产品/服务功能为准。

 

我们会为您提供的各项具体功能场景包括:

(一)登录APP

创建并登录APP账号时,需要提供您的手机号,用于户短信验证码登录或者创建用户名和密码。如果不登录账号或者不创建账号,并不会影响您使用净化器、浏览商城页面只有在购买APP中的商品、使用加湿器和空气消毒机时,才会要求您登陆账号

为了向您提供第三方登录功能和一键分享服务,我们的Android版本App集成微信OPEN SDKQQ互联移动终端SDK我们IOS版本App集成友盟+ U-Share SDK,将收集您的设备标识信息(如IMEI/android ID/IDFA等)和您需要分享的社交账户的公开信息(如昵称、头像等),以便完成第三方登录功能及一键分享服务。为了您的信息安全,我们已与第三方SDK服务商进行数据安全保密约定,这些公司会严格遵守我们的数据隐私和安全要求。除非得到您的同意,我们不会与其共享您的个人身份信息。为便于您更好地了解【友盟+】采集的数据类型及如何保护您的个人信息,您可登录了解腾讯SDK隐私政策您可登陆了解【友盟+】隐私政策

第三方登录功能包括微信、QQApple ID(仅限Apple手机)、Facebook。如您拒绝授权前述信息,并不会影响您使用空气净化器、浏览商城只有在APP中购买商品、使用加湿器、使用空气消毒机时才会要求您登陆账号。

 

(二)实现商城购物所必须的功能

1、账号注册、登录与验证

当您注册账号时,您至少需要向我们提供您准备使用的利发爱尔官方账号名、密码、手机号码,我们将通过发送短信验证码的方式来验证您的身份是否有效,通过SIM卡信息识别并显示对应的运营商。您的账号名为您的默认昵称,您可以修改和补充您的昵称、性别、生日以及您的实名认证相关信息,这些信息均属于您的“账号信息”。

2、帮助您成为我们的会员及账户管理

1)基础会员服务

我们基于利发爱尔官方商城账户为您提供服务。为了创建利发爱尔官方商城账户您需要至少向我们提供您的手机号码、拟使用的会员名和密码。如果您拒绝提供上述信息,您将无法注册利发爱尔官方商城账户,仅可以使用浏览、搜索服务。

我们会根据您的利发爱尔官方商城账户使用情况及平台设置的账户等级计算规则确定您当前的等级,并为您提供相应账户等级所对应的基本权益。

2)附加会员服务

特别会员权益:如果您选择填写真实姓名、性别、出生日期、居住地、昵称、头像,我们可以为您提供会员特权服务。其中,您设置的昵称和头像,将公开显示。

授权登录:我们可能经您单独同意后向第三方提供您的账户信息(头像、昵称及其他页面提示的信息),使您可以便捷地实现第三方账户的注册或第三方处直接登录。此外,我们可能会根据您的单独同意从第三方处获取您的第三方账户信息,并与您的利发爱尔官方平台账户进行绑定,使您可在第三方处直接登录、使用我们的产品及/或服务。我们将在您单独同意的授权范围内使用您的相关信息。

如果您已拥有利发爱尔官方商城账户,我们可能会在利发爱尔官方商城服务中显示您的上述个人信息,以及您在利发爱尔官方商城上或与利发爱尔官方商城账户相关联的产品和服务中执行的操作(您可通过利发爱尔官方商城账户在我们网站或者客户端提供的链接入口或其他产品/服务入口使用我们及/或关联公司提供的产品或服务),包括通过利发爱尔官方商城账户集中展示您的个人资料、优惠权益、交易订单。我们会尊重您对利发爱尔官方商城平台服务和利发爱尔官方商城平台账户设置所做的选择。

(三)APP连接利发爱尔产品

1 位置权限

获取WiFi名称时手机系统要求必须拥有位置权限,只有拥有此权限,APP才能完成产品的配网,您只需在配网时打开此权限。我们承诺位置权限仅使用与本APP相关的功能,不做其他用途

2 修改系统设置权限

Android App配网需要进行手机WiFi切换,只有拥有修改系统设置权限,App才能完成产品的配网操作,您只需在配网时打开此权限。我们承诺该权限仅使用与本APP相关的功能,不做其他用途。

3获取手机MAC地址

App给产品配网需要获取手机mac地址,以便实现与产品通信,完成配网操作。此行为只用在与设备配网过程中,不做其它用途。

4同步服务器数据

1网络访问权限

网络访问权限是APP使用的基本权限,网络权限用于账号登录、加载发现页面、更新利发爱尔商城产品信息、下载利发爱尔产品信息。我们承诺网络访问权限仅使用与本APP相关的功能,不做其他用途

2数据读写权限

数据读写权限是APP使用的基本权限,数据读写权限用于创建本地数据库记录服务器缓存数据、缓存网络图片。我们承诺数据读写权限仅使用与本APP相关的功能,不做其他用途

5获取系统应用列表权限

APP登录模块集成了QQ、微信第三方登录SDK ,该SDK运行需要调起手机本地安装的QQ微信完成登录操作,为了SDK能正常运行需要判断用户手机是否安装QQ微信。我们承诺获取系统应用列表权限使用于APP登录,不做其它用途。

6消息推送

App需要拥有消息推送权限,只有打开消息推送权限,加湿器和全智能空气消毒机的重要信息才会及时推送到您的手机上,您可登陆了解阿里云

(四)为保障APP相关功能的实现和应用的安全稳定运行,我们会接入由第三方提供的软件开发包(SDK)实现该目的

 我们会对第三方SDK进行严格的安全检测,并要求合作伙伴采取严格的措施来保护您的个人数据。在满足新的服务需求及业务功能变更时,我们可能会调整我们接入的第三方SDK,并及时在本说明中向您公开说明接入第三方SDK的最新情况。

 请注意,第三方SDK可能因为版本升级、策略调整等原因导致数据类型存在一些变化,附其官方网站链接或相关隐私保护说明链接供参考,具体请以其公示的官方说明为准

1百度统计

为了统计用户在APP中的行为习惯和用户的地域分布,以便于改进我们的服务,我们接入了第三方SDK百度统计。为了您的信息安全,我们已与第三方SDK服务商进行数据安全保密约定,该公司会严格遵守我们的数据隐私和安全要求。除非得到您的同意,我们不会与其共享您的个人身份信息。为便于您更好地了解百度统计的数据类型及用途,以及何保护您的个人信息,您可以登陆了解百度统计隐私政策

2、获取手机MAC地址 

为了提升App内产品说明书网页加载速度, APP集成了TBS腾讯浏览服务的SDK,sdk内部函数拥有获取用户手机的mac的功能,我们承诺手机MAC地址只用于本APP相关的功能,不做其他用途,您可登陆了解腾讯SDK隐私政策

3、第三方SDK腾讯Bugly
安卓版app为了获取奔溃、闪退等异常信息,以便 app 更新维护,提升用户体验,APP集成了腾讯Bugly SDK ,该SDK将会收集您的设备标识信息(IMEI/IMSI/MAC),为了您的信息安全,我们已与Bugly SDK服务商进行数据安全保密约定,该公司会严格遵守我们的数据隐私和安全要求。除非得到您的同意,我们不会与其共享您的个人身份信息。为便于您更好地了解Bugly SDK的数据类型及用途,您可以登陆了解腾讯Bugly SDK隐私政策

 

(五)向您展示商品或服务信息

为向您展示商品或服务信息,包括您的访问足迹、历史搜索情况,我们会收集和使用您在访问或使用利发爱尔官方商城时的浏览、搜索记录。我们会结合依法收集的设备信息、服务日志信息,以及其他取得您授权的信息

 

(六)为您提供加购与分享功能

在您浏览我们网站或客户端的过程中,您可以选择对感兴趣的商品及/或服务进行收藏、添加至购物车、通过我们提供的功能组件向第三方分享商品/服务信息。在您使用上述功能的过程中,我们会收集包括您的收藏及添加购物车的记录、关注关系、分享历史在内的服务日志信息用于实现上述功能及其他我们明确告知的目的。

您可以在购物车查看或管理您的加购信息。

 

(七)帮助您完成下单及订单管理

当您在我们的产品及/或服务中订购具体商品及/或服务时,我们会通过系统为您生成购买该商品及/或服务的订单。在下单过程中,您需至少提供您的收货人姓名、收货地址、收货人联系电话,对于部分特殊类型的商品和服务您还需要提供该商品或服务所必需的其他信息,例如涉及跨境交易时您需要提供您的身份证件信息以完成清关。

同时该订单中会载明您所购买的商品及/或服务信息、具体订单号、订单创建时间、您应支付的金额、您的备注信息。我们收集这些信息是为了帮助您顺利完成交易、保障您的交易安全、便于您查询订单信息、提供客服与售后服务及其他我们明确告知的目的。

您可以通过利发爱尔官方商城为其他人订购商品及/或服务,您需要提供该实际收货人的前述个人信息,并确保已取得该实际收货人的同意。

为便于您了解、查询订单信息并对订单信息进行管理,我们会收集您在使用我们服务过程中产生的订单信息用于向您展示及便于您对订单进行管理。

您可额外填写/选择包括其他联系电话、收货时间在内的更多附加信息以确保商品或服务的准确送达。

您可以通过“我的订单”查看和管理您的订单信息。

 

(八)帮助您完成支付

为完成订单支付,您需要通过微信进行支付。我们会将您的利发爱尔官方商城账户会员名、对应的微信账户会员名、订单支付相关信息、订单安全相关设备信息及其他反洗钱法律要求的必要信息通过在网站或客户端中嵌入的微信软件工具开发包(软件工具开发包在本政策中简称SDK”)及其他安全方式与微信共享。

为使我们及时获悉并确认您的支付进度及状态,为您提供售后与争议解决服务,您同意我们可自您所选择的交易对象、微信或您选择的其他金融机构处收集与支付进度相关信息。

 

(九)帮助向您完成商品或服务的交付

为保证您购买的商品及/或服务能够顺利、安全、准确送达、提供,我们会向为利发爱尔官方商城提供物流信息系统和技术服务的顺丰等国内常用快递公司披露订单相关的配送信息,并由其根据商品及/或服务提供主体的选择向相应的物流配送主体同步相关配送信息。您知晓并同意相应物流配送主体不可避免地获知及使用您的配送信息,用于完成交付目的。

为向您提供售后与争议解决服务之目的,我们需要及时获悉并确认交付进度及状态,您同意我们可自物流相关服务主体处收集与交付进度相关的信息。

 

(十)客服及争议处理

当您与我们联系或提出售中、售后、争议纠纷处理申请时,为了保障您的账户及系统安全,我们需要您提供必要的个人信息以核验您的会员身份。

为便于与您联系、尽快帮助您解决问题或记录相关问题的处理方案及结果,我们可能会保存您与我们的沟通、通信/通话记录及相关内容(包括账户信息、订单信息、您为了证明相关事实提供的其他信息,或您留下的联系方式信息)。如果您针对具体订单进行咨询、投诉或提供建议的,我们会使用您的账户信息和订单信息。

为了提供服务及改进服务质量的合理需要,我们还可能使用的您的其他信息,包括您与客服联系时您提供的相关信息,您参与问卷调查时向我们发送的问卷答复信息。

 

(十一)为您提供信息公开发布功能

购买产品后您拥有对该产品的评价权,您可以在商品评论模块中发布您的使用体验及感受。我们尊重并保护您对相关信息是否发布以及发布范围的设置。

我们可能会根据您的会员类型及网络日志信息,判断您是否可享受对应信息发布功能权限。

请注意,您公开发布的信息中可能会涉及您或他人的个人信息甚至敏感个人信息,如您在评价时选择上传包含个人信息的图片。请您更加谨慎地考虑,是否在使用我们的服务时共享甚至公开分享相关信息。若您公开发布的信息中涉及他人个人信息的,您需在发布前征得他人的同意。 

 

(十二)为您提供安全保障

为履行保障电子商务交易安全的法定义务,提高您使用我们及我们关联公司、合作伙伴提供服务的安全性,保护您或其他用户或公众的人身财产安全免遭侵害,更好地预防钓鱼网站、欺诈、网络漏洞、计算机病毒、网络攻击、网络侵入风险,更准确地识别违反法律法规或利发爱尔官方商城关协议、规则的情况,我们在应用程序中嵌入我们关联公司开发的应用安全SDK收集您的设备信息、服务日志信息,并可能使用或整合您的会员信息、交易信息、设备信息、服务日志信息以及我们关联公司、合作伙伴取得您授权或依据法律共享的信息(其中,我们可能会在应用后台运行期间收集MAC地址、IMEI及其他设备标识符进行风险校验),来综合判断您账户及交易风险、进行身份验证、检测及防范安全事件,并依法采取必要的记录、审计、分析、处置措施。

 

(十三)Cookie和同类技术的服务

Cookie和同类设备信息标识技术是互联网中普遍使用的技术。当您使用我们的服务时,我们可能会使用相关技术向您的设备发送一个或多个 Cookie 或匿名标识符(以下简称“Cookie”),以收集、标识和存储您访问、使用本产品时的信息。我们承诺,不会将 Cookie 用于本隐私政策所述目的之外的任何其他用途。我们使用 Cookie 主要为了保障产品与服务的安全、高效运转,可以使我们确认您账户与交易的安全状态,排查崩溃、延迟的相关异常情况,帮助您省去重复您填写表单、输入搜索内容的步骤和流程。

同时,我们可能会利用 Cookie 向您展示您可能感兴趣的信息或功能,并优化您对广告的选择。大多数浏览器均为用户提供了清除浏览器缓存数据的功能,您可以进行相应的数据清除操作,或可修改对Cookie的接受程度或拒绝我们的Cookie。您可能因为这些修改,无法使用依赖于Cookie的服务或相应功能。

1.获取当前APP首选语言

手机系统会将APP的首选语言存入Cookie同类技术的存储区内,APP会获取语言信息做国际化处理。

2.临时缓存

APP内置的商城会将必要的登录信息存储在Cookie或同类技术中。

 

 

4.  我们如何对外提供信息

 

(一)共享

我们不会与利发爱尔服务提供者以外的公司、组织和个人共享您的个人信息,但以下情况除外:

1、履行法定义务所必需的共享:我们可能会根据法律法规规定、诉讼、争议解决的必要,或按行政、司法机关依法提出的要求,以及其他法定义务履行的必需,共享您的个人信息。

2、取得您同意的情况下共享:获得您的明确同意后,我们会与其他方共享您的个人信息。

3、为订立、履行您作为一方当事人的合同所必需的情况下的共享:您通过利发爱尔官方商城平台购买商品或服务,我们会根据您的选择,将您的订单信息中与交易有关的必要信息共享给相关商品或服务的提供者,以实现您的交易、配送及售后服务需求。

4、与关联公司间共享:为便于我们与关联公司共同向您提供部分服务,基于利发爱尔平台账户向您提供产品和服务,推荐您可能感兴趣的信息,识别会员账户异常,保护利发爱尔官方商城关联公司或其他用户或公众的人身财产安全免遭侵害,您的个人信息可能会与我们的关联公司和/或其指定的服务提供商共享。我们只会共享必要的个人信息,且受本政策中所声明目的的约束,如果我们共享您的敏感个人信息或关联公司改变个人信息的使用及处理目的,将再次征求您的授权同意。

请注意,您在使用我们服务时自愿共享甚至公开分享的信息,可能会涉及您或他人的个人信息甚至敏感个人信息。请您更加谨慎地考虑并做出决定。

 

(二)委托处理

我们可能委托授权合作伙伴处理您的个人信息,以便授权合作伙伴代表我们为您提供某些服务或履行职能。我们仅会出于本政策声明的合法、正当、必要、特定、明确的目的委托其处理您的信息,授权合作伙伴只能接触到其履行职责所需信息,且我们将会通过协议要求其不得将此信息用于其他任何超出委托范围的目的。如果授权合作伙伴将您的信息用于我们未委托的用途,其将单独征得您的同意。

目前,我们委托的授权合作伙伴包括以下类型:

1、广告、分析服务类的授权合作伙伴。我们会在采用行业通用的安全技术前提下,委托这些合作伙伴处理与广告投放、覆盖面和有效性相关的信息。我们不会将您的个人身份信息委托合作伙伴处理。

2、供应商、服务提供商和其他合作伙伴。我们将信息委托给支持我们业务的供应商、服务提供商和其他合作伙伴处理,这些支持包括受我们委托提供的技术基础设施服务、分析我们服务的使用方式、提供客户服务、支付便利或进行学术研究和调查。

 

(三)转让

如果我们因合并、分立、解散、被宣告破产的原因需要转移个人信息的,我们会向您告知接收方的名称或者姓名和联系方式。接收方将继续履行本政策及其他法定义务。接收方变更原先的处理目的、处理方式的,会重新取得您的同意。

 

(四)公开披露

我们仅会在以下情况下,公开披露您的个人信息:

1、基于您的主动选择及其他单独同意的情况下,我们可能会公开披露您的个人信息;

2、如果我们确定您出现违反法律法规或严重违反利发爱尔相关协议及规则的情况,或为保护利发爱尔用户或公众的人身财产安全免遭侵害,我们可能披露关于您的个人信息,包括相关违规行为以及利发爱尔官方商城已对您采取的措施。

 

 

5.  您的权利

 

您可以通过以下方式查阅和管理您的信息,我们会在符合法律法规要求的情形下响应您的请求:

除法律法规另有规定外,您有权访问您的个人信息,且您认为我们持有的与您有关的任何个人信息存在错误的,您可以通过manbu@edifier.com与我们取得联系。在我们处理您的请求时,您需要向我们提供充分的信息,以验证您的身份。一旦我们确认您的身份后,我们将在法律规定的合理时间内免费对您的请求作出处理

 

(一)查阅、更正和补充

您有权通过以下方式查阅、更正和补充您的信息:

1、登录利发爱尔官方商城,进入“我的”,点击头像

2、登录利发爱尔官方商城进入我的-联系客服

 

(二)删除

您可以通过“(一)查阅、更正和补充您的信息”列明的路径删除您的部分信息,或申请注销账户删除您的全部信息。

在以下情形中,您可以通过与客服联系向我们提出删除个人信息的请求:

1、如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反法律法规;

2、如果我们收集、使用您的个人信息,却未征得您的明确同意;

3、如果我们处理个人信息的行为严重违反了与您的约定;

4、如果我们的处理目的已实现、无法实现或者为实现处理目的不再必要;

5、如果我们停止提供产品或者服务,或者保存期限已届满。

若我们决定响应您的删除请求,我们还将同时尽可能通知从我们处获得您的个人信息的主体,并要求其及时删除(除非法律法规另有规定,或这些主体已独立获得您的授权)。

当您或我们协助您删除相关信息后,因为适用的法律和安全技术限制,我们可能无法立即从备份系统中删除相应的信息,我们将安全地存储您的个人信息并限制对其的任何进一步的处理,直到备份可以清除或实现匿名化。

撤回同意

您还可通过提交请求,撤销同意收集、使用或披露我们掌握的您的个人信息。您可通过发送邮件至manbu@edifier.com完成撤销操作。我们将会在收到您请求后的合理时间内处理,并会根据您的请求,在此后不再收集、使用或披露您的个人信息。 

 

(三)改变授权范围

您可以通过客服联系进行修改,但请注意,对于部分类型的个人信息,例如实现利发爱尔官方商城基本功能所必须的信息或者我们履行法律法规规定的义务所必需的信息,我们可能无法响应您改变授权范围的请求。当您撤回授权后,我们将不再处理相应的个人信息。但您撤回授权的决定,不会影响我们此前基于您的授权而开展的个人信息处理。

 

(四)注销账户

您可以通过服务热线4008105526及客服与我们取得联系(7x16小时),申请注销账号。提交注销申请的7个工作日内,我们会对您的注销行为进行验证,使您了解该过程是不可逆的,且在得到您的确认后,我们将注销您的账号,并且删除您的个人信息,但法律法规另有规定的除外。

 

(五)约束信息系统自动决策

在某些业务功能中,我们可能仅依据算法在内的非人工自动决策机制做出决定。如果这些决定影响您的合法权益,您可以通过客服联系我们。

 

(六)响应您的上述请求

对于您或可能的您的监护人、近亲属及其他有权主体向我们提出上述请求,以及中华人民共和国法律与其他适用法律规定的您的相关个人信息权利,您可以通过客服联系我们或直接向我们的个人信息保护专职部门发起投诉。我们将在15天内做出答复。

为保障您的账户安全和您的个人信息安全,您向我们提出上述请求时,我们可能会先验证您的身份(如增加账户核验、要求您提供书面请求或其他合理方式),然后再处理您的请求。

对于您合理的请求,我们原则上不收取费用,但对多次重复、超出合理限度的请求,我们将酌情收取一定费用。对于与您的身份不直接关联的信息、无合理理由重复申请的信息,或者需要过多技术手段(如需要开发新系统或从根本上改变现行惯例)、给他人合法权益带来风险或者不切实际的请求,我们可能会予以拒绝。

 

 

6.  信息的存储

 

(一)存储期限

我们只会在达成本政策所述目的所需的期限内保留您的个人信息,除非法律有强制的留存要求,例如《中华人民共和国电子商务法》要求商品和服务信息、交易信息保存时间自交易完成之日起不少于三年。

我们判断个人信息的存储期限主要依据以下标准:

3、个人信息安全事件的响应

如果我们的物理、技术或管理防护设施遭到破坏,导致信息被非授权访问、公开披露、篡改或毁坏,导致您的合法权益受损的,我们会及时启动应急预案,采取合理必要的措施,以尽可能降低对您个人的影响。如发生个人信息安全事件,我们还将按照法律法规的要求向您告知安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议、对您的补救措施。我们将以短信、电话、推送通知及其他合理渠道告知您,难以逐一告知的,我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。同时,我们还将按照监管部门要求,上报个人信息安全事件的处置情况。

4、账户安全风险的防范

在使用利发爱尔官方商城服务进行网上交易时,您不可避免地要向交易对方或潜在的交易对方披露自己的个人信息,如联络方式或联系地址。此外,您也可以通过我们的服务与第三方建立沟通、交流信息或分析内容。请您妥善保护自己的个人信息,仅在必要的情形下向他人提供,不轻信通过其他交易工具进行交易,以免信息被窃取甚至遭遇电信网络诈骗。

In the event that a product provided by us has a separate privacy policy or a special agreement defined in the corresponding user service agreement, then the privacy policy of such product will take precedence. Welcome to use LIFAair products and services! We attach great importance to users' privacy and personal information protection. We may collect and use your relevant information when you use our products and/or services. We would like to explain to you how we collect, use, save, share and transfer your information when you use our products and/or services, as well as the ways provided by us in which you access, update, delete and protect this information through the "LIFAair Privacy Policy" ("this privacy policy").

 

This privacy policy is closely related to the LIFAair service you use and the various business functions included in the service (hereinafter "our products and/or services"). Please carefully read and be sure to fully understand the contents set forth in this privacy policy before using our products and/or services, and make the appropriate choices on the basis of its guidance. If you refuse to provide, relevant additional functions will be unavailable to you or the functional effect will not be achieved as expected, but this will not affect your use of our basic functions.

We hereby remind you that we are committed to creating a variety of products and services to satisfy your needs. Due to the wide variety of products and services provided by us and different ranges of specific products/services chosen by users, the basic/additional functions and the corresponding type and scope of personal information collected and used may differ, and the specific product/service shall prevail.

 

The specific functions that we will provide for you include:

1.1 Log in to the app

To sign up and log in to your app account, you will need to provide your phone number for SMS verification login or the creation of a username and password. Failure to log in or to create an account will not affect your use of smart air purifiers. You will only be required to log in when purchasing goods in the app, or using smart air humidifiers and smart air sterilizers.

To provide you with a third-party login function and one-click sharing service, our app for Android devices has linked to WeChat OPEN SDK and SDK of QQ internet mobile terminal and linked to Umeng+ U-Share SDK for iOS devices, which will collect your device identification information (such as IMEI/Android ID/IDFA, etc.) and the public information (e.g. nicknames, profile photos, etc.) of your social account that you would like to share. For your information security, we have entered into an agreement on data security and confidentiality with the SDK service providers of the third party. These companies will strictly abide by our data privacy and security requirements. We will not share your personal identity information with them unless we have obtained your consent. The third-party login function is available for WeChat, QQ, Apple ID (for Apple devices only) and Facebook. If you refuse to authorize the afore mentioned information, it will not affect your use of smart air purifiers. You will only be required to log in when purchasing goods in the app, or using smart air humidifiers and smart air sterilizers.

 

1.2 Connect app to the LIFAair products

1.2.1 Location access

Location access is required in order to connect to Wi-Fi network. Only when this permission is enabled can the app complete the network configuration. You only need to enable this permission during the network configuration. We promise that this permission will only be used for this app-related functions and will not be used for other purposes.

 

 

1.2.2 Modify system settings 

The app for Android devices requires Wi-Fi switching on your phone during the network configuration. Only when this permission is enabled can the app complete the network configuration. You only need to enable this permission during the network configuration. We promise that this permission will only be used for this app-related functions and will not be used for other purposes.

1.2.3 Access your phones MAC address

Your phones mac address is required for purposes of completing network configuration and communicating with the product. This will only be used for network configuration and will not be used for other purposes.

1.2.4 Update server data

1.2.4.1 Network access  

Network access is required in order to log in to account, load "discover" page and download LIFAair product information. We promise that this permission will only be used for this app-related functions and will not be used for other purposes.

1.2.4.2 Access and change data

Access and change data is required in order to create a local database to record server cache data and cache web images. We promise that this permission will only be used for this app-related functions and will not be used for other purposes.

1.2.5 Access system application list

This app login module has incorporated the SDK of QQ and WeChat of third parties. To perform such SDK, you need to enable QQ and WeChat locally installed on your phone to proceed login. We need to determine whether QQ or WeChat is installed on the user's phone to ensure that the SDK performs properly. We promise that this permission will only be used for logging in to this app and will not be used for other purposes.

1.2.6 Push notification

Push notification is required in order to promptly push the important information about smart air humidifiers and smart air sterilizers to your phone. You can click on the "Privacy Policy" of Alibaba Cloud Push EMASfor details.

 

1.3 In order to guarantee the implementation of app-related functions as well as the safe and stable operation of applications, we will link to software development kits (SDK) provided by third parties

We conduct strict security tests on the SDK of third parties and require partners to take strict measures to protect your data. To meet new service requirements and business function changes, we may adjust the SDK of third parties to which we have linked, and promptly disclose the latest situation of the SDK of third parties to you.

NOTE: The SDK of third parties may have some changes in data types because of version upgrades and policy adjustments. The official website link or relevant privacy policy link is attached for your reference, and their official announcement released shall prevail.

1.3.1 Baidu statistics

In order to count up users' behavior and their geographical distribution in the app to facilitate our services, we have linked to the SDK of Baidu Statistics of the third-party. For your information security, we have concluded an agreement on data security and confidentiality with the SDK service provider of the third-party. This company will strictly abide by our data privacy and security requirements. We will not share your personal identity information with it unless we have obtained your consent. In order for you to better understand data types and purposes of Baidu Statistics and how it protects your personal information, you can click on the "Privacy Policy" of the Baidu Statisticsfor details.

1.3.2 Access your phones MAC address

In order to accelerate the loading of product manuals web page in the app, the app has linked to the SDK of TBS Tencent browsing service, and the internal function of that SDK has the ability to access the MAC address of user's mobile phones. We promise that the MAC address of your phone will only be used for this app-related functions and will not be used for other purposes. 1.3.3 SDK of Tencent Bugly of the third-party
In order to obtain anomalies information such as crash and flash back, the app for Android devices has linked to the SDK of Tencent Bugly to update and maintain the app and improve the user experience, which will collect your device identification information (such as IMEI/IMSI/MAC, etc.). For your information security, we have concluded an agreement on data security and confidentiality with the Bugly SDK service providers. This company will strictly abide by our data privacy and security requirements. We will not share your personal identity information with it unless we have obtained your consent. 1.4 Customer service and dispute settlement

When you contact us or make a request for settlement of sales, after-sales and disputes, you need to provide necessary personal information to verify your membership for the purpose of safeguarding the security of your account and system.

To make it easier to contact you, assist you in resolving problems as soon as possible or take notes on the handling plan and results of relevant problems, we may save your communication/call records and relevant contents (including account information, order information, other information provided by you to prove relevant facts, or your contact details). We will use your account and order information if you make inquiries, complaints or suggestions about specific orders.

In order to provide services and improve service quality based on appropriate needs, we may also use your other information, including relevant information you provided in the process of contacting the customer service and those sent by you in response to our questionnaires.

 

1.5 Provide security for you

In order to fulfill the statutory obligations for safeguarding the security of e-commerce transactions, improve the security of your use of the services provided by us and our affiliates and partners, protect your or other users' or the public's personal and property security from infringement, better prevent phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusion risks, identify breaches of laws and regulations more accurately, we have incorporated the application security SDK developed by our affiliates into the application to collect your device information, service log information, and may use or integrate your member information, transaction information, device information, service log information and information shared by our affiliates and partners with your authorization or in accordance with laws (among which, we may collect MAC addresses, IMEI and other device identifiers for risk verification while the application is used in the background) to make a comprehensive judgement on your account and transaction risks, implement identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary notes, audits, analysis and disposal measures in compliance with laws.

 

1.6 Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and similar device information identification technologies are commonly used on the Internet. When you use our services, we may use relevant technologies to send one or more Cookies or anonymous identifiers (hereinafter "Cookie") to your device in order to collect, identify and store information when you access and use this product. We promise that we will not use the Cookie for any purpose other than those stated in this privacy policy. The Cookie is mainly used to guarantee the safe and efficient operation of products and services. It can strive us to confirm the security status of your account and transactions, check the relative exceptions of crashes and delays, and help you avoid repeatedly filling in forms and entering search content.

Meanwhile, we may utilize the Cookie to show you information or functions in which you may be interested, and optimize your choices of advertising. The mobile phone system will store the preferred language of the app in a Cookie or a storage area of similar technologies, and the app will obtain language information for internationalization processing.

4.  How we disclose information

 

2.1 Share

We will not share your personal information with any companies, organizations and individuals other than providers of the LIFAair services, but the following circumstances are excluded:

1.Sharing necessary to fulfill the statutory obligations: Your personal information may be shared in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, suits, proceedings, dispute resolution, or requirements from administrative and judicial authorities, and implementation of other statutory obligations.

2.Sharing with your consent: We may share your personal information with other parties when we have obtained your express consent.

3.Sharing with affiliates: In order for us to provide some of our services to you in conjunction with our affiliates, such as providing products and services on the basis of the LIFAair platform account, recommending information that may be of interest to you, identifying anomalies of member accounts, and protecting affiliates of LIFAair or other users or the public personal and property security from infringement, we may share your personal information with our affiliates and/or their designated service providers. We will only share necessary personal information and such sharing is subject to purposes stated in this policy. If we share your sensitive personal information or one affiliate changes the use and purposes of personal information, we will obtain your consent again.

NOTE: Information that you voluntarily choose to share or even make publicly available when using our services, may involve your or others' personal information or even sensitive personal information. Please consider and decide on a much more cautious basis.

 

2.2 Entrust

We may entrust authorized partners to deal with your personal information in order to authorize them to provide certain services or perform functions for you on our behalf. We will entrust them to deal with your information only for the legal, proper, necessary, specific and express purposes set forth in this policy. The authorized partners will only have access to information necessary for them to fulfill their duties, and they will be required not to use such information for any other purposes beyond the scope of the commission by concluding an agreement with us. If an authorized partner uses your information for purposes that we have not entrusted to it, it will obtain your consent separately.

So far, the authorized partners entrusted by us are as follows:

1.Authorized partners in the advertising and analytic services category. We will entrust these partners to handle information with respect to the placement, coverage and effectiveness of advertisements, provided that common security techniques in the industry have been applied. We will not entrust them to handle your personal identity information.

2.Suppliers, service providers and other partners. We entrust suppliers, service providers and other partners that support our business to handle information. Such support includes technical infrastructure services, analysis of how our services are used, customer services, payment convenience or academic research and surveys provided upon our commission.

 

2.3 Transfer

If we need to transfer personal information for reasons of merger, separation, dissolution and declaration of bankruptcy, we will inform you of the name or names and contact details of the recipient. The recipient will continue to comply with this policy and other statutory obligations. If the recipient changes the original handling purpose or approach, it will obtain your consent again.

 

2.4 Public disclosure

We will publicly disclose your personal information only in the following circumstances:

1.We may disclose your personal information publicly when you choose to disclose or when we obtain your consent separately;

2.We may disclose your personal information including relevant violations and actions taken against you by the LIFAair if you are deemed to have violated laws and regulations or seriously violated the relevant agreements and rules of the LIFAair, or for the purpose of protecting the personal and property security of the LIFAair users or the public from infringement.  

 

 

5.  Your rights

 

By using the following ways you may access and manage your information, and we will respond to your requests in compliance with laws and regulations:

Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, you are entitled to access your personal information. When you consider any your personal information held by us is incorrect, you can contact us by sending an email to manbu@edifier.com. You shall provide us with sufficient information to verify your identity when we deal with your request. Upon verification of your identity, we will deal with your request for free within a proper period stipulated by law.

 

3.1 Access, correct, and add

You are entitled to access, correct, and add your information in the following way:

1.Contact the customer service under "Me-Feedback" in the LIFAair app.

 

3.2 Delete

You can delete some of your information or request to delete your account and all your information in the way set forth in 3.1 section herein.

In the following circumstances, you may contact the customer service to request the deletion of personal information:

1.If we deal with personal information in breach of laws and regulations;

2.If we collect and use your personal information without your express consent;

3.If we deal with personal information in material breach of our agreement with you;

4.If our handling purpose has been achieved or cannot be achieved, or it is no longer needed for achieving the processing purpose;

5.If we cease to provide products or services, or the retention period has expired.

If agree to your request, we will also try to simultaneously notify subjects that have obtained your personal information from us of deleting information as soon as possible (unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, or unless these subjects have obtained your authorization separately).

After you have deleted or we have assisted you in deleting relevant information, we may not be able to immediately remove the corresponding information from the backup system because of applicable laws and security technology limits. We will store your personal information in a secure manner and restrict any further handling of it until the backup can be cleared or anonymity is available.

Withdraw consent

You may also withdraw your consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information controlled by us by submitting a request. You may implement the withdrawal by sending an email to manbu@edifier.com. We will deal with your request within a proper period upon the receipt of it, and will no longer collect, use or disclose your personal information thereafter in accordance with your request.

 

3.3 Change the authorization scope

You may contact the customer service to proceed modification. However, please note that we may be unable to satisfy your request to change the authorization scope for some types of personal information, such as information necessary for achieving the basic functions of the LIFAair or information necessary for us to fulfill our obligations under laws and regulations. Upon your withdrawal of the authorization, we will no longer deal with the corresponding personal information. However, such withdrawal will not affect the handling of personal information that we have implemented previously on the basis of your authorization.

 

3.4 Delete account

You may apply for deleting your account through the service hotline 4008105526 and the customer service (7x16 hours). Within 7 business days of submitting such application, we will verify your deletion behavior to make you understand that this process is irreversible, and will delete your account and your personal information upon your confirmation, unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations.

 

3.5 Constrain automatic decision-making of the information system

For some business functions, we may make decisions based solely on automatic and non-human decision-making mechanisms, including algorithms. If these decisions affect your legitimate rights and interests, you can contact the customer service.

 

3.6 Respond to your request mentioned above  

In the event that you or possibly your guardians, close relatives and other entitled subjects make the above requests to us, as well as your relevant personal information rights under the laws of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws, you may contact the customer service or directly initiate a complaint to our dedicated personal information protection department. We will respond within 15 days.

For your account and personal information safety, when you make a request to us as described above we may verify your identity (e.g. adding account verification, requiring a written request or other proper means) before addressing your request.

Generally, we will respond to your reasonable requests for free. But we will, at our discretion, charge a fee for repeated requests or requests in excess of reasonable limits.

We may refuse your request that is not directly related to your identity, that is submitted repeatedly without reasonable reasons, that requires excessive technical means (such as requiring the development of new systems or requiring fundamental changes to current practices), or that poses a risk to the legitimate rights and interests of others or that is impractical.

 

 

6.  Information storage

 

4.1 Retention period

We will only retain your personal information within the period needed for achieving purposes described in this policy, unless there is a mandatory retention requirement in the law. For example, "the Electronic Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China" defines that information regarding goods, services and transactions should be retained for at least three years from the date of completion of the transaction.

We decide the retention period of personal information in terms of the following criteria:

1.Complete relative transactions associated with you, and maintain the corresponding transaction and business records to respond to your possible inquiries or complaints;

2.Guarantee your service safety and quality provided by us;

3.You agree to a longer retention period;

4.There are other special agreements or laws and regulations regarding the retention period.

After the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws.

 

4.2 Storage location

Personal information collected and generated from our operations in the People's Republic of China will be stored in China. We may provide your personal information to potential overseas entities after fulfilling our obligations under the law in the following circumstances:

1.There are express provisions defined in applicable laws;

2.We have obtained your separate consent.

3.It is necessary for the formation and implementation of cross-border e-commerce transactions and other types of contracts to which you are a party.

 

In the above circumstances, we will protect your personal information safety in accordance with this policy and laws.
