Return and Refund Policy

We guarantee you will be thrilled with your Edifier experience. If a product purchased from Edifier does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

For all returns, please contact us(support@edifier.com) first and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending the product back.

Returned products must contain all original packaging and accessories including all warranty cards and product manuals.

Please follow these steps to return your purchase to us:

1. Please provide the proof of purchase(like order No.) and SN

2. Contact us and obtain an RMA number.

3. Pack your item in the original packaging

4. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.

5. Clearly indicate the RMA number on the packaging or parcel. We will not accept returns without an RMA number.

6. Send the return back to the Returns Centre Address provided by the customer service representative.

For proof of delivery please use a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

You are responsible for shipping charges with the exception of product defects or a shipping error on our part.

Receiving Refunds

Edifier North America will issue a refund after received return products and the refund will be returned to the original form of payment used for the purchase; please allow up to 10 days for the credit to show on your account.
