The model name is used to identify a specific product, is a combination of numbers and letters (e.g. W820NB Plus). The model number is a unique number given to each product, sometimes abbreviated as model, which also consists of letters and numbers (e.g. EDF200091).

The serial number consists of numbers only (e.g. 931013150305), in 12 or 13 digital. Here's an example of what a serial number on a product can look like:

Your Model Name and Serial Number enable you to get information and services specific to your device. For all products, the model name and serial number are located on the back or bottom of the box. For some products it may also be found on the product.

The model name, model number and serial number can be found in several locations:

- Headphone/TWS earbuds and portable speaker: At bottom/back/side of color box

- Speaker series: At bottom/back of speakers, and at top / bottom / side of color box.
